An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on July 22 2024 and completed on July 22 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 96 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that all staff members submit the results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening at least every two years from the date of the first screening or testing.
