Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 2/21/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 2/3/2024 regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, rest period linens, the spread of disease, diapering, and sanitation. On 2/21/2024, the inspector was on site from approximately 12:36 pm to 2:30 pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. An additional interview was conducted remotely.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
