Inspector Notes

An announced initial mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14, 2023, from approximately 3:25 pm to 4:30 pm. Facility transfered location inspector reviewed indoor and outdoor areas , mesurements were completed and reviewed emergency prepardness information, emergency prpardness postings, daily rountine posting , diapering areas , restrooms areas were inspected . The building was the inital location. Renovation was completed rooms sizes were not changed. Updated C.O. , fire inspection and health inspection was completed. A new playground composite was installed during renovation.
