Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on 11/8/2021. There were 39 children (2 1/2 to 12yrs) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed arriving to care, preparing to play outside, playing outside, and preparing for activities. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
