Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on June 4, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 12:40 pm. There were 47 children, ages between 3 and 6 years old, in the direct care of 6 staff. The children were observed coloring, playing with toys, and preparing for their graduation ceremony. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent practice emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/28/2024. The most recent practice shelter-in-place drill was documented as 5/29/2024. The most recent practice lockdown drill was documented as 4/11/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 3/13/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/12/2024.
