An investigation was initiated on 8/8/23 and concluded on 1/24/24 in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/7/23 regarding staff/child interactions. A second complaint was received on 11/22/23 regarding the same concerns. An On-site inspection was conducted on 1/24/24. Classroom observations and interviews with staff were completed. Documentation and records related to the complaint were also reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
