During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 6/23/25. The on-site inspection began at 12:40pm and ended at 2:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-130-E
The center shall obtain documentation of additional immunizations once every six months for children under the age of two years. The record for child 1, who is under the age of two years and has been attending the center for 11 months, does not contain documenation of additional immunizations.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: Child 1's parent was contacted during the inspection and documentation of updated immunizations was requested. Going forward, center management will ensure that updated immunization records for children under the age of two years are obtained every six months.
