Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on March 24, 2025 and completed on April 2, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:05 p.m. and ended at 3:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on site. Additional documentation was submitted electronically on April 2, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
