An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was started on 11/22/2024 and completed on 11/26/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 AM and ended at 12:15 PM. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
