An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 04/28/2025 and completed on 05/05/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:20 PM and ended at 4:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records onsite and 2 staff virtually on 4/29/2025. This inspection included review, a tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
