An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/07/2025 and completed on 05/09/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 AM and ended at 10:15 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 24. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included review, tour of the facility and interviews.
