Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 3:20pm-5:30pm. There were 33 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing with legos and making crafts. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
