Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. The Cubs building and area were inspected today. There were 6 children present with 4 staff providing care.
Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, lock-down drill, bottles labeled and dated, cribs labeled for children, menu, first aid kit, schedule of the day and one medication were all in compliance today.
2 child records, 4 Board Officers, Head of School, persons having authority to act on behalf of the school, contact person and 3 new staff records were reviewed. All were in compliance.
Children were observed during naptime and playing on the playground.
