Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:40am- 1:45pm. 35 children were observed directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, preparing for lunch, washing hands, and preparing for naptime. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
