Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:40am-3:00pm. There were 42 children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, agent records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands, and preparing for naptime. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
