Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Monday November 7, 2022 and concluded on Wednesday November 9, 2022. The center's director was available to answer questions throughout the inspection. The census for today's inspection consisted of 14 children in care and 3 staff supervising. During the tour, the inspector observed the children, playing with age appropriate material, and playing on the playground. The inspector observed the inside play area, playground, kitchen, and restrooms. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. The required postings were inspected and found to be in compliance. Liability insurance, health inspection, and drills were all in compliance. There were three children's and three staff records reviewed. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
