Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/29/2022. There were 5 children, ages 16 months ? 3 years, totaling 12 points and 4 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member?s records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time, handwashing and snack time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:20am and departed at 12:07pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
