Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/15/2023. There were 2 children, ages 22 months ? 2 years, totaling 5 points, 2 caregivers and 2 household members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 2 household member records and 3 pet records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45am and departed at 11:20am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
