Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/2023 from 8:40am to 9:40am. There were 20 children ages 8 months to age 10 years old supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in free play, reading and transitioning. There were no medications onsite. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
