An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on May 30, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 9, 2024, relating to allegations of Special Care Provisions with regards to preventing the spread of disease. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
