During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 12/30/24 and completed on 12/30/24, as a part of the provisional licensure period and an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) as a result of an inspection on 5/30/24 related to staffing and supervision. The on-site inspection began at 11:10am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 16 staff. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
