The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint investigation on 04/22/2024 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing regarding allegations in the area of Special Services and Emergencies. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
