Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/29/25 and completed on 9/16/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/28/25 relating to allegations of physical plant and care, protection and guidance. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records on site on 7/29/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
