An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/3/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/30/25 relating to allegations of supervision and nutrition and food services. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
