Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from approximately 10:10am until 2:30pm. There were 64 children present with 11 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
