A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on November 16, 2023 with center staff . There were 52 children present with 10 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff interview and review of eleven staff records, the facility failed to have each staff current in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Evidence: Staff 1 (date of employment 12/1/2022), Staff 5 (date of employment 10/18/2022), Staff 6 (date of employment 10/28/2022), Staff 7 (date of employment 3/18/2022), Staff 8 (date of employment 3/30/2021), Staff 9 (date of employment 10/20/2022) did not have documentation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on file. The CPR training for Staff 2 and Staff 4 expired.
