Inspector Notes

A focused monitoring inspection was conducted on April 26, 2024 to determine compliance during the provisional license period. There were 48 children present, ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of three staff records, the facility failed to have documentation of a completed search of the central registry (CPS check) on file for each staff within the first 30 days of employment. Evidence: Staff 1 (date of employment 9/5/2023) did not have a completed search of the central registry on file.
Plan of Correction: The CPS check was submitted in March 2024, but it has not been returned.
