An unannounced inspection was conducted on September 12, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 29, 2024 relating to allegations of ratio and illness policy. This inspection included document review , tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
