Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/17/2022 and concluded on 8/17/2022. There were no children in attendance this date, they were on summer break. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Reviewed fire inspection, center policies and observed carbon monoxide detector. Inspected 6 classrooms, measured 2 of those for use in September. The request to increase capacity will be emailed once rooms are approved by building. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
