Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/122/2025 from 9:59am - 11:32am. There were 13 children and 6 staff present. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 2 staff records on-site.The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of
the facility.
