Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 19 2023 between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. There were 14 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed having story time and playing on the playground. A sampling of children's records was reviewed. Evacuation drill documentation was reviewed as well as attendance and medications. No violations were observed during this inspection.
