Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted December 6 2023 between 11:00am and 12:30pm. There were 129 children in the care of 23 staff members. Children were observed preparing for the "Dinner with Santa" program, creating holiday crafts, having dramatic play, and completing various art projects. Staffing records, child records, evacuation drills, playground supervision, and the classrooms were observed and inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that at least every two years from the date of the first initial screening staff members shall obtain and submit follow up tuberculosis screenings.

Evidence: Staff #2 has a documented screening dated July 13 2021 and a more current screening couldn't be located.
