Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted May 7 2024 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There were 115 children in the direct care of 23 staff members. Children were observed participating in numerous Mother's Day activities, building, reading, and creating projects about the solar system. Staff records, child records, the emergency plan, attendance records, emergency drills, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected. A citation was issued and is listed on the violation notice.
