Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 10/03/2022. There were 35 children present with 8 staff supervising. Classroom, emergency plans, children's records and staff records were reviewed. Children were observed singing songs and playing with table toys. Areas of non compliance were cited on the violation notice. Based on a review of staff documentation, the center failed to ensure all staff have required background CPS check within 30 days of employment.
