Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 5/22/2024 between the hours of 10:25am and 11:55am. There were 5 classrooms observed with a total of 47 children present with 9 staff supervising. Ratios were in compliance. The children were observed participating in a parachute game, eating snack brought from home, playing on the playground, toileting routines, hand washing procedures, and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, child and staff records, fire drill log, medication, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
