Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 12/21/2021 and concluded on 01/04/2022. There were 16 children present with 3 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
