Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 21, 2022 from 10:10 until 11:55 AM. At the time of the inspection, there were 15 children present with four staff. Observations were made of the morning programming, diapering, medication and emergency supplies. Thee sample size was four staff and four children's records.
