Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, The center had 38 children present with 7 classroom staff in 3 groupings. An additional 2 staff , the director and the education coordinator were present as well. The children were observed playing on the playground, having snack, making items out of upcycled items, playing with playdough and building with blocks. Lots of conversation going on in all the rooms between staff and children. Transition games were started during bathroom breaks to make the wait go faster. Today the fire department came for a special visit and well as a mystery reader. Lots of materials for the children to explore. Discussed Hyland and CCAP with the director. Children bring snack from home.
