Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-510-L
Medication shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children

An emergency medication is stored in a backpack that is out of reach of children, but is not locked. The backpack is located in one of the rooms used for preschool.
Plan of Correction: We usually have padlocks on all the backpacks but will buy some safety sacks instead. The padlock must have been removed from that backpack.
