Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 6/20/2023. The inspector was on site at the center from approximately 2:20pm to 4:20pm. There were 110 children in attendance and a total of 17 staff present. Interviews were held with staff throughout
the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in the classroom when appropriate. Ten children?s records and twelve employee records were reviewed during this inspection. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
