A monitoring inspection was initiated with an in-person inspection of the facility on December 2, 2021 beginning at 2:20 PM and ending at 2:50 PM. Records were reviewed off-site via alternative remote protocol. There were 47 children present with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
