Inspector Notes
An unannounced, monitoring inspection was completed on March 17, 2025. The inspection began at 10:15 AM and ended at 12:05 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and three staff records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
