Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on March 19, 2025 The on-site inspection began at 12:40pm and ended at 3pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 72 children enrolled and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. This information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
