The center shall establish and implement procedures for appropriate supervision of all children in care to ensure safety of children. On November 5, 2025, a two-year-old child was left on the outdoor playground alone, for approximately 10 minutes, without adult supervision.
Plan of Correction: A new and Corrected Supervision procedures were established. Attendance will continue to be taken each day by 10:15am via the intercom to each classroom.
? Students will continue to be counted before and after every transition from their classroom, ? 2s and Tots classes will implement face to name counting.
? p.e. teacher will not leave the playgrounds/field until all students have lined up and left with their classroom teacher. At that time, he will do a sweep of the playgrounds checking all play equipment for students. Staff to take supervision training each year.
