Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department regarding allegations of supervision. The inspection was initiated on 08/10/2021 and completed on 8/10/2021. On 08/10/2021, the inspector was on site from 1:00pm to 2:45pm. Interviews with staff were completed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
