Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on October 10, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on September 25, 2023. The complaint was for allegations regarding forbidden actions and diaper changing. The licensing inspector was onsite from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM. Observations were made, documents were reviewed and interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
