A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/22/2022. There were 75 children present and 13 staff. The Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on observation and interview the center did not have a carbon monoxide detector.

The center did not have a carbon monoxide detector in the building. The director on-site stated she did not believe one was installed in the building.
