Inspector Notes

An announced virtual monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/28/21. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this *inspection was completed via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 32 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing outside, and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, it was determined that a first aid kit was not accessible to outdoor play areas.
Evidence: During virtual inspection staff outside with children did not have a first aid kit accessible outdoors.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection; Staff went inside to get first aid kit.
