Inspector Notes
An in person monitoring study was conducted today. Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, infant bottles were labeled/dated, cot spacing, crib labeling were all in compliance. Violations were discussed with the Director at the exit interview.
Children were observed participating in a variety of activities, including handwashing and eating lunch. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather.
LI was present today from 10:30 AM ? 12:49 PM.
The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the facility for review and signatures.

Based on a review of documentation and staff statements, the amount of time spent on their stomachs for infants who cannot turn over by themselves was not maintained.
