An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/02/2024 with a local agency, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 09/25/2024 relating to forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included; document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
